Password Help
Does your password contain any numbers? It is important to understand that the KEYKatcher records numbers differently if they are entered on the numeric keypad versus the top row of the keyboard.
If your password contains number(s):
On the PASSWORD TEST PAGE, with your KEYKatcher properly installed, you will need to type your password twice. First, type it using the number keys from the numeric keypad on the right, and then type it a second time using number keys from the top row of the keyboard.
